Job Description

 

Travel from Rupeek location to customer's home or workplace for the loan process
 • Introduce and explain Rupeek policies and process to the customer, answer any questions or concerns from the customer
 • Complete the KYC process as per Bank requirements
 • Appraise the gold ornaments accurately using touchstone, acid, and saltwater
 • Handle gold ornaments carefully 

 • Pack the ornaments in secure storage pouches
 • Communicate the eligible loan amount to the customer
 • Execute the pledge card/loan agreement with the customer
 • Ensure customer has received the loan amount transferred

 • Return to Rupeek location and handover the secure storage pouches and loan documents for storage.
